We've been sent this biographical sketch of Lesley Noah, candidate for Logan.

This tenacious 45 y.o. independent candidate moved from Wimbledon to Springwood 9 years ago with her son, who is now 17 and has just graduated from Springwood High.  

She is married to Andrew Rimington and under the group name ‘From the People For the People’ are offering themselves to Logan as a mix and match alternative for the role of Mayor and Mayoress. 

Lesley is a highly credentialed Executive Officer with exposure to a wide range of industries - both in the private and public sectors. 

Since her first involvement in ‘Save Daisy Hill’ 6 years ago, she has been heavily involved in many community driven campaigns aimed at preserving lifestyle and environment.  Despite receiving candidacy offers from several political parties, she has continued to offer herself to her community as a self funded independent candidate at every election in her electorate since she first ran for Mayor in April 2006.
