The Sunshine Coast Regional Council consists of the former shires of Maroochy, Noosa and the City of Caloundra.

A very interesting contest between two political heavy weights, Maroochy’s Cr Joe Natoli and Noosa’s Cr Bob Abbot.

The big issues will be development pressures, environmental concerns and roads and transport.  

Voters in the former Caloundra City area hold the key.
